Cha Am 2 Bedroom Beach Front Apartment With Spectacular Views Of Sea & Mountains

Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located right on the beach just south of Cha Am and 10 km north of Hua Hin. The apartment is on the 29th floor of a high rise building and from the large terrace there are spectacular views out over the gulf of Thailand and north and south along the beach to the twin resorts of Cha Am and Hua Hin. It has a most peaceful atmosphere and is ideal for those who love privacy.

This is the perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic getaway as everything you need for the most marvelous holiday is right here on your doorstep. The property sits among lush beach side gardens which include an Olympic Size swimming pool for all the family to enjoy. There is also a smaller more romantic pool on the 25th floor which offers fantastic views both over the sea and inland towards the mountains which border Thailand and Burma.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated in a marine theme. The apartment is elegant and fitted with facilities such as satellite TV, DVD, broadband wi-fi and LAN internet, individual control air-conditioning, large terrace with reclining chairs and terrace dining table, BBQ, washing machine, fully fitted kitchen with oven, filtered water system and personal safe.

There is room service provided to the apartment and you can ring down to the restaurant on the ground floor and they will deliver meals and drinks to your apartment. There is a games room, billiards/snooker room and fully fitted gymnasium for you to enjoy during your stay in the apartment.

The apartment will be beautifully prepared before your arrival and it will be cleaned on your departure. If you require a maid service during your stay we can arrange this for you at a minimal cost.

The design of the apartment means that a refreshing cooling sea breeze is always flowing through the apartment when the sliding terrace doors and the main entrance door is left open (there is a lockable "wind door" to use when the main door is left open). This means you can be assured of comfortable outdoor living even during the hot parts of the day and year.

You can walk from the beach in front of the apartment all the way up to the centre of Cha Am beach, 2km away. It is a very nice walk as there are many rather nice beach-side restaurants along the way which prepare the most delicious and fresh seafood. For the energetic you can walk the 10km along the beach, in the opposite direction, all the way to the resort town of Hua Hin.

When a Bangkok family wants a quiet, relaxing weekend by the sea with uncrowded fine sandy beaches they head for the twin resort towns of Cha Am & Hua Hin. At just over 200Km from Bangkok it is an easy 2 hour drive on the Petchakasem Highway. Cha Am & Hua Hin are charming old fashioned beach resorts and fishing towns situated in Prachup Kiri Khan Province on the Gulf of Thailand.

The Royal Family's main out of town residence is located in Hua Hin. It is called 'Klai Kangwol' Palace or 'Far from Worries' Palace. The King spends a lot of time at this palace and it is where the royal wedding anniversary is celebrated every year on 27 April.

Swimming off the fine sandy beaches of Cha Am & Hua Hin is a delight. The water is warm and the sea is shallow so children of all ages can play safely on these exceptional beaches.
